Inman, SC, June, 2006 – A group of former employees of top companies in the CATV products and services market have joined forces and announce the formation of QNET - Quality Network Enhancement Technologies. Already known as “The New Company with Years of Experience”, QNET will focus on high-quality CATV equipment repair, upgrades and accessories.

Key Personnel

QNET’s commitment to quality and customer service is reflected in all of their offerings. To adhere to the high standards set for them, the company has focused on the core strengths of its technical team.

Company President Larry Comereski's tenure at Augat and Thomas & Betts, and his strong accounting background combine to enable him to lead a company founded on firm financial principles. This also provides him with a keen insight into CATV market trends and key players.

The company’s expertise in products and services is augmented by Engineering Manager, Roy Schultz’s extensive practical experience in cable system operations and CATV products manufacturing. As Director of Engineering for Midcontinent Cable Systems, he was responsible for all aspects of system operation and with Philips/Magnavox and Augat Communications he was heavily involved in new product design and manufacturing.

Sales Manager, Brian Robinette's 15+ years of CATV experience includes extensive work in all aspects of CATV products and services, including repair, engineering support, manufacturing and customer service. This provides him great insight into customer needs and their optimum solutions.

Chris Stack comes to the position of Marketing Manager with 20 years of marketing and technical experience. As former Senior Printed Circuit Board Designer for Computer Dynamics and Marketing Manager for Aimons.Net and others, his designs have appeared in projects as diverse as a space shuttle computer and a cancer research laboratory website. In addition, he has extensive experience in engineering, manufacturing and project management for CATV and computer products.

Clint Shoaf as Regional Repair Representative brings over thirty years of experience to the company. His work in all facets of the cable industry includes positions as Repair Representative, Quality Control Manager, Construction Manager, Field Engineer/Inspector, Construction Coordinator, Maintenance Technician, Service Call Technician and Installer:
